Insight for Health & Healing's Classes


Insight for Health & Healing has a lot of great classes for both kids and adults, available through the Oregon Community Ed. A variety of classes run all year long. 

Oregon Community Ed & Rec Fall/Winter classes 2019

  • Jr. Van Gogh's Step by Step Drawing Class
    Let's put on our Artist's Hats and create some amazing pictures!  Develop your   artistic skills with this step by step drawing class where we'll create a new design every time so keep signing up! All Supplies Included. Taught by Tina Mancusi.  PVE or KNE  

  • Tuesdays: Nov 5th, 12th & 19th 3:15-4:15pm     
    Tuesdays: Dec 3rd, Dec 10th 3:15pm-4:15pm     
    (You may always join in at a pro-rated amount)

  • DIY Zen Garden
    Let's make a Zen Sand Garden, DIY style. We will use a variety of materials to make a Zen Garden as well as a variety of tools for the garden. Zen Gardens can be an excellent tool to help feel calm and recenter yourself. For ages 10 – Adult.  All supplies included.  RCI  
  • Thursday, Nov 7th  5:30-7:00pm    

  • Kaleidoscope Art   
    Let's create beautiful symmetrical patterns like the ones we see through a Kaleidoscope or Mandala. Discover how drawing these images can help you become more calm and centered while producing amazing pieces of art in the process!  Taught by Tina Mancusi. All supplies included.  PVE

  • Homemade for the Holidays
    Do your kids like to make crafts? Do they feel good when they have a gift to give? This class will focus on making holiday themed crafts that can be given as gifts.  All supplies included.  Taught by Tina Mancusi.      K-7th grade

  • Holiday Card Making
    Do your kids like to create and have fun?  We will be using a variety of stamps and embellishments to create cards and bookmarks in this 1 day class.  All supplies included.  Taught by Tina Mancusi.  3:30-5:00pm.   K - 7th grade. RCI
